Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in program governance, PMO leadership, or portfolio execution at enterprise scale.
• Experience setting stage-gate criteria and governance frameworks across multiple programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional councils and steering committees with legal, HR, Finance, and tech stakeholders.
• Proven track record building operating cadences and executive reporting for large multi-workstream portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Own AI governance standards, stage-gate criteria, delivery expectations, value realization requirements, and coaching across the portfolio.
• Run cross-functional Councils aligning OGC, HR, Finance, Product, Engineering, and GDIA on decisions.
• Own operating rhythm for the AI Portfolio including forums, owners, review calendar, and CEO/Board filings.
• Oversee execution of Enterprise and Functional AI Bets to achieve committed outcomes and remove delivery blockers.
• Maintain path-to-green recovery plans when performance or value targets are at risk and ensure recovery plans are followed.
