Job summary

Cirrascale Cloud Services seeks a Director of PMO to build, scale, and lead our Program Management Office. This hands-on leader will define processes, tooling, and governance to deliver complex AI infrastructure programs with clarity and impact.

You will collaborate with executives to translate strategy into execution, mentor PMs, and institute metrics and dashboards that improve predictability and value across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program/portfolio leadership with 3+ years of people management.
• Experience building or scaling a PMO in hyper-growth environments.
• Expertise in Agile, portfolio management, and reporting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build & Scale the PMO from the ground up with a high-performing team.
• Translate strategy into actionable programs and manage budgets, risks, and resources.
• Define scalable delivery standards and tooling for portfolio visibility.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to improve predictability and executive decision-making.
