Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support PMO in quoting, execution, and closeout of Load Bank projects. You will provide technical expertise, manage ERP data, and coordinate resources for timely project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include field site walks, generating OPS/PUN documents, budgeting and reporting, and ensuring compliance with PMO policies. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in power distribution/generation with Load banks and related equipment.
• Formal electrical training required.
• PM Certification preferred.
• Willingness to learn business applications and fleet capabilities.
• Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SBR policies and procedures.
• Attend project/PMO meetings and document discussions and action items.
• Review RFQs for completeness and urgency and ask clarifying questions.
• Assist sales and operations with level 1–2 service requests.
• Review project solution designs, schedules, and drawings for accuracy.
• Assist PMs with logistics RFQs, planning, and execution.
