Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support quoting, execution, and closeout of Load Bank projects. You will provide technical support to sales and operations, manage ERP data, and assist with budgets and scheduling in a fast-paced PMO environment.

The role may include field site visits, coordination of logistics, and collaboration with Fleet Management to optimize equipment availability and project outcomes. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight ~5%.
• PMO support experience or exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Review RFQs for completeness and urgency.
• Assist sales and operations with service requests.
• Manage project data in ERP (quotes, orders, POs).
• Support PMO with budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coordinate freight deliveries and 3rd party drivers.
• Conduct site walks and provide field support as needed.
