Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support Load Bank projects within the PMO. You will assist Project Managers in quoting, execution, and closeout, and provide technical expertise to sales and operations, ensuring timely information management and resource coordination in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you may perform site walks, contribute to field support, manage documentation, budgets, and schedules, and help generate OPS, PUNs, and reports while aligning with PMO

Qualifications

Five years of experience in power distribution/generation with Load banks and related equipment.
Formal electrical training is required.
PM certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Adhere to SBR policies and procedures.
Attend project/PMO meetings and document discussions and action items.
Review RFQs for completeness and urgency; ask questions to gather missing details.
Provide assistance to sales/operations for level 1 and 2 service requests.
Review project designs, schedules, and drawings for issues; clarify as needed.
Assist PMs with logistics RFQs, planning and execution.
