Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy organization seeks a PMO Analyst to support governance, reporting, planning, and coordination across infrastructure, cloud, and transformation initiatives. You will maintain project documentation, track risks and actions, and assist executive reporting while upholding PM standards.

Key duties include maintaining schedules, dashboards, RAID logs, and KPIs; coordinating with onsite and offshore teams; and preparing management presentations for steering committees.

Qualifications

• PMO fundamentals and governance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project governance, planning, and coordination across initiatives.
• Facilitate governance meetings and status reviews.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action trackers.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for deliverables.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports and dashboards.
• Maintain RAID logs and publish governance reports.
• Track KPIs, SLAs, milestones, and financial metrics.
• Maintain project documentation and meeting minutes in repositories.
• Ensure compliance with J&J governance and quality standards.
• Prepare management presentations and steering committee packs.
