Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit seeks a Manager, Planning Parameters & Analytics to govern planning master data, parameters, and analytics across global sites including Raritan, NJ. The role drives data governance, BI enablement, and data-driven decision making with stakeholders across IT and operations.

You will lead MD governance, KPI development, and master data standardization while collaborating with ERP players to optimize planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in supply chain, analytics, or related disciplines.
Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain governance for planning parameters, including lead times, lot sizes, reorder points, and sourcing rules.
Develop KPI frameworks and metrics to measure forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, planning effectiveness, and master data quality.
Analyze datasets and deliver actionable insights to improve supply chain and planning performance.
Present data-driven recommendations to leadership, business partners, and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with Planning Directors to implement BI tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Lead master data management initiatives and ensure data accuracy and standardization across systems.
Partner with IT and stakeholders to support ERP enhancements and data architecture improvements.
