Qualifications

• Associate's degree with three or more years of related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with a Project Management Information System (PMIS).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ownership of assignments and ability to complete work accurately and on time.
• Ability to communicate with project leadership, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
• Ability to work independently under supervision while collaborating with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Program Managers in planning, coordination, implementation, and completion of projects.
• Coordinate and maintain project workplans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist with workplan reviews and ensure action items remain on track.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare and maintain project status updates and communications.
• Create and maintain clear, organized project documentation.
• Monitor timelines and escalate delays or risks to leadership.
• Communicate with project teams and executives to provide visibility into progress.
• Coordinate meetings and documentation as needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and PMIS to organize project activities.
• Gather information with leadership and SMEs to support deliverables.
• Support multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
