Qualifications

  • NO Clearance to Start, must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, MS Teams, and database systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-tempo environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad range of office-management duties to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
  • Arrange detailed travel itineraries, coordinate logistics, and resolve last-minute changes.
  • Coordinate and oversee complex calendar events, ensuring meetings are scheduled without conflict.
  • Draft, review, and send correspondence on behalf of the Division/Director with professionalism.
  • Organize and prepare reports, documents, and presentations to support executive decision-making.
  • Organize and archive office files for easy retrieval and maintain reference materials.
  • Answer and screen calls, arrange meetings, and welcome visitors in a professional environment.
  • Prioritize emails and calls for senior leadership to ensure timely attention.
