Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager to own seller enablement for Service Cloud. You will craft strategic enablement plans for multiple seller types and translate marketing initiatives into actionable programs that drive deals and growth.

With 3–4 years in product marketing or enablement, you’ll manage assets, communications, and training processes. Experience with Salesforce products and AI tools is a plus, and collaboration across teams will be essential.

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in product marketing, seller enablement, or sales roles.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic analytics and strategic planning.
Ability to craft and present compelling messaging that motivates sellers.
Ability to execute with limited guidance amidst shifting priorities and goals.
Marketing asset development including succinct slide enablement decks.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to core competencies for the role.

Responsibilities

Create strategy and plans for scaled Service Cloud enablement for different seller types.
Translate marketing initiatives into actionable programs to fuel sales pipeline and growth.
Oversee Service Cloud’s library of seller assets and audit gaps.
Draft and send compelling seller communications via email and Slack.
Develop repeatable, scalable processes to train sales teams and drive sales plays.
Use AI to build internal tools and automate workflows for sellers.
Coordinate live enablement sessions, in-person and virtual.
