Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager for Service Cloud to craft and scale enablement for sellers across a broad product portfolio. You will develop compelling messaging, assets, and campaigns that drive pipeline and win rates in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in product marketing or seller enablement, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, seller enablement, or sales roles.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic analytics and strategic planning.
• Ability to craft and present compelling messaging that motivates and educates sellers.
• Ability to execute with limited guidance amidst multiple shifting priorities and goals.
• Marketing asset development including succinct slide enablement decks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role.

Responsibilities

• Create strategy and plans for scaled Service Cloud enablement.
• Translate marketing initiatives into actionable programs to fuel sales pipeline and growth.
• Oversee Service Cloud’s library of seller assets and conduct quarterly audits.
• Draft and send compelling seller communications via email and Slack.
• Develop repeatable, scalable processes to train sales teams and drive sales plays.
• Use AI to build internal tools and automate workflows for sellers.
• Coordinate live enablement sessions, both in-person and virtual.
