Job summary

Salesforce in the United States is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager to own seller enablement for Service Cloud, with thousands of sellers and a broad product portfolio. You will create scalable enablement programs, develop assets, and drive processes that move deals forward.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, seller enablement, or sales
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic analytics and strategic planning abilities
• Ability to craft and present compelling messaging to sellers
• Ability to execute with limited guidance amid shifting priorities
• Experience creating marketing assets and enablement decks
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Alignment with core role competencies (leadership, volunteer work, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Create strategy and plans for scaled Service Cloud enablement, taking into consideration the needs of different seller types (Account Executives, Business Development Reps, Solution Engineers, etc.)
• Translate our marketing & industry-focused initiatives into actionable programs to help fuel the sales pipeline, close deals, and deliver growth.
• Oversee Service Cloud’s library of seller assets, performing quarterly audits to identify and fill gaps
• Draft and send compelling seller communications both via email and Slack
• Develop repeatable, scalable processes to better train sales teams, and drive always-on sales plays and programs.
• Where relevant, use AI to build internal tools and automate workflows that assist sellers at every stage of the deal cycle
• Coordinate live enablement sessions, both in-person and virtual
