Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Engraving Solutions division (including Gravotech). The role focuses on directing shop floor operations, Lean execution, and scheduling boards to achieve safe, high‑quality and cost‑efficient manufacturing.

You will lead continuous improvement, manage workflows, and align production deliverables with customer expectations while driving performance across Value Streams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5 years of equivalent supervisory experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate material flow and production schedules.
• Train, mentor, and supervise machine operators on procedures and safety.
• Analyze production specifications and capacity data to determine tooling and staffing needs.
• Maintain quality standards and eliminate non-value-added activities.
