Job summary

Brady Corporation in Milwaukee seeks a Global Product Manager responsible for the full lifecycle strategy, long-term market competitiveness, and P&L health of our Industrial Benchtop Label Printing portfolio.

You will lead market strategy, roadmapping, and cross-functional teams to drive multi-year roadmaps, new product development, and strategic migrations that strengthen Brady's competitive position globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or relevant field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrates the capability to formulate long-term strategies and align diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Market Strategy & Research: uncover customer pain points, analyze market size, and regulatory standards.
• Roadmapping & Innovation: define 3–5 year roadmaps and evaluate buy vs. build vs. partner opportunities.
• Requirements & Design Validation: author MRDs/PRDs with personas and workflows for engineering guidance.
• Portfolio & Lifecycle Management: oversee multi-generational lines and drive growth via migrations and upgrades.
• Business Planning & Pricing: build CAPEX cases and establish global value-based pricing.
• Go-to-Market & Commercial Strategy: develop GTM playbooks and sales tools.
• Operations & Demand Planning: work with supply chain on demand forecasts and obsolescence.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: align global leadership and engineering teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or relevant field
