Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in PMIC/IC design and tape-out workflows.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years preferred; PhD with 2+ years acceptable for advanced roles.
• Strong knowledge of PMIC technologies including battery chargers and DC-DC converters.
• Experience with PDKs, device models, IP, EDA tools, reliability and product engineering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and teams to resolve PMIC design and enablement issues.
• Translate customer requirements into practical design and implementation solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across PDK, IP, EDA, reliability, and sales.
• Lead design reviews, trainings, and documentation for customer enablement.
• Develop reusable resources such as application notes and reference flows.
