GlobalFoundries is seeking an Application Engineer to drive IC design enablement and customer solutions for PMICs, including battery chargers, DC-DC converters, and LDOs. You will work with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into practical implementations, including design reviews, tutorials, and runbooks.

A strong background in PMIC technology and cross-functional collaboration is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with several years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in PMIC design or related areas.
• Experience with design enablement, tape-out, and customer engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve PMIC design issues.
• Champion customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Evaluate proposed solutions against technical objectives and constraints.
• Coordinate solutions across PDK, IP, EDA, reliability, and product teams.
• Manage scope, milestones, risks, and recovery plans for customer programs.
• Provide technical guidance, case support, design reviews, and training.
