Job summary

IntelliPro in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a PMIC Field Application Engineer to support datacenter, automotive and commercial customers with power management and analog/mixed-signal solutions. This full-time, onsite role requires a strong design and application background in PMICs, plus excellent communication and presentation skills.

You will review schematics and PCB layouts, evaluate thermal and efficiency performance, and drive pre- and post-design-in activities to secure design wins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years related experience in the power and analog IC field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong design and application background in power electronics.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on lab skills and familiarity with power circuit design and layout.
• Available to travel between 10% to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide key datacenter, automotive and commercial product customers with technical support for PMIC and analog portfolio, including power management and signal chain; review schematics and PCB layouts; evaluate thermal/efficiency performance; board-level debugging.
• Drive pre- and post-design-in activities to secure design wins and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with technical marketing and engineering groups to create block diagrams and define new products to meet customer requirements.
