Job summary

SonderMind is seeking a full-time Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to deliver high-quality psychiatric care, including diagnostic evaluations and medication management, within a productive, technology-enabled care environment. The role offers a guaranteed base salary with productivity-based incentives, and supports clinicians with care coordination and a robust platform.

Compensation starts at $140,000 per year, plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in applicable state(s).
• 103 or 104 designation required.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Ability to maintain timely documentation.
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled care environment.
• Interest in a productivity-based compensation model.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric care with comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and monitor treatment progress.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation compliant with policies and legal/payer requirements.
• Collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Meet productivity expectations and participate in productivity-based incentives.
• Leverage the InSync platform and clinical tools to manage caseload and documentation.
