Binsky in Somerset, NJ seeks a Preventative Maintenance Manager to lead the PMA department, ensuring timely contract renewals, accurate pricing, and ongoing performance reviews. You will drive growth and profitability while coordinating with Sales, Dispatch, and field technicians.

The role requires a strong leadership track record, 10+ years in service leadership, and a focus on cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years leading teams servicing B2C & B2B customer markets.
• Minimum of 5 years leading a fast-paced service organization with growth track record.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong revenue-focused mindset and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance processes and procedures.
• Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day operation of the PMA department.
• Monitor the budget and goals to ensure department profitability.
• Estimate labor, materials, and subcontractors for service work and projects.
• Negotiate, write, coordinate, and approve all PMA agreements.
• Coordinate and prepare all necessary documents for bids and PMA surveys.
• Communicate with dispatch to schedule Techs by skill and update job info daily.
• Oversee equipment specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
• Generate sales leads and assist Sales with quoting.
