Job summary

All American Poly Corporation seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team, drive preventive/predictive maintenance, and coordinate with production to maximize asset uptime in Piscataway, NJ. You will manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relations while ensuring regulatory safety compliance.

Strong leadership, communication, and expertise in mechanical and electrical systems are essential for driving continuous improvement and capital projects in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Requires technical degree with 5–10 years in maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance, and CMMS
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruptions across equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Design and manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Lead and develop maintenance team, schedule work, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and spare parts inventory; optimize contractor/vendor relations.
• Ensure safety compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with production to prioritize tasks and manage capital projects.
• Utilize ERP systems for work orders, asset tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare maintenance KPIs and reports for leadership.
