Job summary

Willow Creek Health Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the NOC shift. You will supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursing activities, ensuring quality care aligned with federal, state, and local standards.

• Must hold an active California RN license.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience (new grads not accepted).
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate care during the PM shift.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident care to ensure adherence to care plans and standards.
• Communicate with residents, families and the interdisciplinary team about care needs.
• Assist in admissions, transfers and discharges as required.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and leadership to nursing assistants and LVNs.
• Maintain documentation and complete reports per facility policies.
