Job summary

Willow Creek Health Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the NOC/PM shift with a focus on supervising nursing activities and ensuring high-quality resident care. The role reports to the DON/ADON and emphasizes adherence to federal, state, and local standards.

Pay range is $40.00-$45.00 per hour with a full-time schedule. Sign-on bonus is available. Prior long-term care experience and strong leadership are preferred to maintain safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in California.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during the PM shift.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident care per care plans and standards.
• Communicate with residents, families and the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist in admissions, transfers and discharges as needed.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
• Provide training and leadership to nursing assistants and LVNs.
• Maintain documentation and reports per policy and regulations.
