Schedule: Full-Time, PM Shift General Purpose
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise and coordinate the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during the PM shift. The Registered Nurse (RN) ensures that quality care is provided in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The RN will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to maintain the highest level of resident care and satisfaction.
Work Environment This position requires working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals in a skilled nursing environment. The role involves periods of standing, walking, and occasional lifting. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure.
