Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a part-time PM&R clinician (NP/PA) to deliver specialized rehabilitation services in a Bowling Green, OH SNF/post-acute setting. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and promote independence.

Ideal candidates hold an NP/PA license in Ohio, with post-acute or SNF experience, and a passion for geriatric care. The role offers a flexible schedule and strong benefits within a physician-owned practice.

Qualifications

• Post-acute care experience preferred.
• SNF/post-acute experience desired.
• Ohio NP/PA license in good standing.
• Ability to work autonomously within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Lead and collaborate with the facility care team.
• Coordinate with PCPs for SNF patients.
• Support therapy teams to improve patient function and independence.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and promote culture building.
