Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants seeks a part-time PM&R Clinician to deliver specialized Physiatry services at a designated SNF/post-acute rehab center in Edinboro, PA. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize rehabilitative outcomes and promote patient independence, while maintaining autonomy over your daily workflow.

The role emphasizes geriatrics in post-acute settings, with opportunities for professional growth, training, and certification through CRC.

Qualifications

• NP/APRN license required.
• PA license required.
• Ability to work in the U.S. required.
• Post-acute space experience preferred.
• Strong attitude and delivery of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in the facility with clinical leadership and collaboration with the care team.
• Collaborate with PCP teams to manage SNF/post-acute conditions.
• Work with PT, OT, and SLP to improve function and quality of life.
• Follow therapy patients to track progress.
• Assess and address barriers to therapy (pain, spasticity, neurogenic issues).
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy and internal medicine.
• Engage in ongoing culture building and education with regional teams.
