Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Harrisburg, PA, seeks a Nurse Practitioner/Physiatry clinician to provide PM&R services within a designated SNF or post-acute rehab setting. You will lead clinical care alongside the therapy team, helping patients regain function and independence.

You'll enjoy autonomy over your daily workflow, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance clinically through CRC's training programs and certifications, with flexible hours around 9 AM to 4 PM.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner/APRN license and PA license.
• Experience in post-acute space preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility with strong clinical leadership and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collaborate with PCP teams to manage SNF-related conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function and quality of life.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy and internal medicine.
