Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks a PM&R clinician to deliver specialized physiatrics at designated SNF/post-acute centers. You will lead clinical decisions, collaborate with PCP teams, and work alongside PT/OT/SLP to optimize patient function and independence.

Ideal candidates show autonomy in post-acute care, strong interpersonal skills, and a dedication to CRC culture and continued education. Part-time days with a flexible schedule are offered in Springfield and Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility with clinical leadership and collaboration with the care team.
• Collaborate with PCP teams to manage SNF conditions such as CVA and post-op orthopedic cases.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP teams to improve function and quality of life.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy with internal medicine.
• Engage in ongoing education and culture-building activities.
