Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a PM&R clinician to provide rehab services at a designated SNF/post-acute center in the Richmond area. The role emphasizes autonomous clinical leadership within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

You will partner with PCPs and therapy colleagues to optimize function for geriatric patients, manage common SNF conditions, and advance post-acute care delivery. Flexible daytime hours and a robust benefits package support work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility with clinical leadership and collaboration with the care team.
• Collaborate with PCP teams to manage SNF conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP teams to improve function and quality of life.
• Follow therapy patients to track progress in therapy.
• Assess barriers to therapy including pain, spasticity, and neurogenic issues.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy with internal medicine.
• Engage in culture building and ongoing education, including Didactics and regional meetings.
