Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Team Leader to mentor associates, drive continuous process improvements, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in our manufacturing environment.

You will manage production schedules, CREWing, and coordinate with Quality & Food Safety to meet targets while fostering a culture of learning and teamwork. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (34°F).
• Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all employees in the operation of equipment and follow GMP protocols.
• Produce and package a high-quality product per GMP and government standards; report quality issues.
• Ensure production lines operate efficiently and meet targeted throughput.
• Drive continuous improvement to minimize downtime and maximize yield; address root causes.
• Manage production and employee schedules per crewing standards; ensure proper crew changes.
• Monitor rework levels and usage to minimize waste.
• Monitor yields and implement corrective actions to close gaps.
• Develop frontline workforce through coaching, training, and communication.
• Plan cross-training to expand job knowledge and scheduling flexibility.
• Track KPI/costs and report on quality, safety, and schedule attainment; manage overhead costs.
