• Must communicate clearly with managers and staff.
• Food Handlers permit on file.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, soups and other items for cooking using broilers, ovens, grills and fryers.
• Ensure quality and consistency of dishes and proper portion sizes.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstations and proper food safety practices.
• Assist in plating and garnishing and follow plating standards.
• Support kitchen operations and closing procedures as needed.
