Marriott Boston-Quincy is seeking a PM line cook to support our Hull & Mason restaurant. You will cook on the line, prepare menu items, and ensure quality while maintaining equipment and cleanliness.

Requirements include 1-2 years of professional cooking experience, knife skills, food safety knowledge, and English proficiency for ticket reading and teamwork. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior professional cooking experience.
• Proper knife handling skills and understanding of food safety/sanitation.
• Ability to read and speak English to read tickets and communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Cook on the line to prepare menu items for Hull & Mason.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment (deep fryer, broiler, stove, grill).
• Follow recipes and guest requests to ensure consistent quality.
