Job summary

KUZA Scottsdale is seeking PM Line Cooks to execute dinner service with precision and urgency, producing consistently high-quality dishes while staying clean, fast, and in sync with the kitchen team.

This role focuses on a higher-volume dinner rush, evening breakdown and deep cleaning, with flexibility for late shifts and weekend coverage; reliable, on-time team players are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques.
• Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handlers Card.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with necessary prep and equipment.
• Prepare and execute breakfast and lunch menu items according to KUZA's standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station throughout service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
• Assist with daily prep and inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and FOH staff.
• Participate in opening and midday cleaning duties.

Job Summary

PM Line Cooks execute dinner service with precision and urgency. This role is responsible for producing consistently high-quality dishes while working clean, fast, and in sync with the kitchen team.

Differences from AM

• Focus on higher-volume dinner rush.
• Responsible for evening breakdown and deep cleaning.
