Kuza Scottsdale is seeking an experienced server to deliver refined hospitality and expert menu guidance for a Japanese-inspired menu.

You will guide guests through food and beverage options, maintain knowledge of allergens, and ensure a seamless, personalized dining journey. Shift requires evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in upscale or fine-dining settings.
• Knowledge of Japanese/Asian-inspired cuisine, sake, wine and cocktails.
• Excellent communication, timing and multitasking skills.
• Professional, calm, and detail-oriented demeanor.
• Arizona Food Handler’s Card required and Liquor License.
• Must be able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
