Job summary

Kuza in Scottsdale is seeking a Robata Grill Cook to handle prep and service for breakfast and lunch with precision and efficiency.

You will set up the Robata station, cook items to KUZA's standards, and maintain a clean, organized station while following all safety and hygiene protocols during daytime operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques.
• Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handler's Card.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Robata Grill Cooks are responsible for executing prep and service for breakfast and lunch with precision and efficiency. This role ensures proper station setup, consistent food quality, and clean kitchen practices during all daytime operations.

Key Responsibilities
