Job summary

Kuza Scottsdale is seeking a prep cook to support Back of House operations in North Scottsdale. You will help maintain prep pars, keep workspaces and storage areas clean, and ensure readiness for service.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness during prep, assisting cooks and chefs, and upholding health and safety standards in a fast-paced BOH environment. This role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• : Prior BOH prep experience preferred but not required.
• : Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail.
• : Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• : Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handlers Card.

Job Summary

Kuza Prep cooks are responsible for maintaining proper pars on all prep items. This role supports all BOH positions by ensuring workspaces, equipment, and storage areas are clean, stocked, and ready for service at all times.

Primary Focus

• Kitchen prep done efficiently
• Supporting cooks and chefs through efficient back-of-house operations.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are consistently met.
