Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a line cook responsible for food preparation, maintaining quality and presentation. You will work under the chef's direction to ensure consistency and a high standard of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include knife skills, proper food handling, sanitation, and collaboration with teammates across shifts to deliver meals that meet spec and timing. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualificações

• 3 years of experience in food preparation or line cook role.

Responsabilidades

• Under supervision of the chef, perform pre-prep and prep for items on the menu.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage and rotation of food products.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work station and keep coolers organized for shift change.
• Prepare and plate items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Support with other kitchen tasks as requested by executives chefs or sous chefs.
