Job summary

Le Meridien | Sheraton Charlotte Hotel is seeking an ambitious and friendly housekeeper to join our hardworking team. You will help keep our facilities clean and orderly, delivering excellent guest service while the team enjoys a positive work environment.

Responsibilities include dusting, polishing, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and common areas, stocking supplies, reporting issues, and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• PM shifts availability required.

• Proven experience in housekeeping or related field.

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Dusts
• Polish metalwork and furniture
• Vacuum floors, clean bathrooms and common areas
• Supply own cleaning cart with appropriate supplies for shift
• Remove debris and turn in any lost and found items
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
