StepStone Hospitality is seeking an At Your Service Agent at Le Méridien Charlotte and Sheraton Charlotte Hotel to deliver exceptional guest service, respond to requests, answer calls, and coordinate with various departments.

This role requires weekdays, weekends, and holidays with a PM shift; strong communication and teamwork are essential, and you will maintain accuracy in hotel systems and escalate issues when needed. A positive attitude and the ability to multi-task are valued.

• Answer guest calls and respond to questions and requests.
• Accurately record and communicate guest requests to the appropriate department.

• Follow up on guest requests to ensure timely completion.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and hours of operation.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records using hotel systems.
• Communicate effectively with guests and hotel team members.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Support a positive guest experience and high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Le Méridien Charlotte and Sheraton Charlotte Hotel are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of At Your Service Agentto join our team at ourStepStone Hospitality-managed hotels.

As an At Your Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests, answering calls, and coordinating with hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and professionally.

The responsibilities of the At Your Service Agent include but are not limited to:

• Answer guest calls and respond to questions and requests.


• Accurately record and communicate guest requests to the appropriate department.
