Springhill Suites Lake Nona is seeking a PM Front Office Supervisor to guide the front desk team, ensuring exceptional guest service and a smooth daily operation.

You will lead training, scheduling, and performance management, act as a guest advocate, and collaborate with other departments to uphold hotel standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related hospitality experience acceptable.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in a high-volume setting.
• Experience with Windows, MS Office, and PMS desirable.
• Must communicate in English clearly, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk team through daily pre-shift meetings to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Know hotel features, rates, packages, and group arrivals to assist guests promptly.
• Promote initiatives like upselling and CoralTree Delivers program.
• Ensure checklist items are completed at end of each shift.
• Maintain policies, including safety, billing, and key control.
• Foster positive cross-department relationships and recruit/train staff.
