Job summary

Springhill Suites Lake Nona is seeking a PM Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team with a focus on guest service excellence, training, scheduling, and performance management for smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be the first and last impression for guests and an ambassador for CoralTree Hospitality’s standards.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure 100% guest satisfaction, while maintaining staffing,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience considered.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a high volume setting preferred.
• Hospitality experience with Four Diamond quality is preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office and property management systems desired.
• Must read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Interact and coordinate with all front desk areas to ensure smooth arrival through departure experiences for guests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours, room types, rates, packages, and promotions to respond to guest inquiries promptly.
• Promote and track departmental initiatives and upsell programs.
• Ensure front desk tasks and checklists are completed at end of each shift.
• Uphold hotel policies, including safety, billing, and confidential guest data.
• Remain calm and organized in stressful situations while delivering heartfelt guest service.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet daily demand and provide prompt follow-up for guest satisfaction.
• Foster positive relationships across departments and assist management with recruiting and training.
