Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking a PM Front Office Supervisor for Springhill Suites Lake Nona in Orlando, FL. You will provide leadership to the front desk, guide training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure outstanding guest experiences and brand standards.

You will coordinate shifts, promote upsell programs, and maintain guest data security. The role emphasizes clear communication, team collaboration, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction in a Four Diamond hotel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two to three years of related hospitality experience preferred.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience in a high-volume setting; Four Diamond hotel experience is a plus.
• Experience with Windows, MS Office, and property management systems is highly desirable.
• Must be able to read, write, speak English clearly and professionally; strong communication skills required.
• Available to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk team with guest service, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Coordinate daily pre-shift meetings and ensure smooth arrival to departure experiences.
• Monitor hours, room types, rates, packages, and promotions; respond promptly to guest inquiries.
• Support recruitment, hiring, training, and management of front desk staff.
• Maintain policies, ensure security of guest data, and uphold confidentiality.
• Foster positive cross-department relationships and champion upsell programs.
