Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality’s DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Key Resort in Key West is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for the PM shift to lead the dining team, ensure service excellence, and resolve guest concerns quickly. You’ll work closely with the F&B Manager, manage schedules and cost controls, monitor quality, and coach staff to deliver memorable experiences.

A hospitality background and supervisory experience are preferred, with a focus on guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework is a plus.
• At least one year of progressive hotel experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to multitask.
• Initiative, listening, and clarification abilities.
• Ability to interpret financial data and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food quality during service and address guest feedback promptly.
• Foster teamwork and lead by example to keep staff motivated.
• Oversee daily operations, manage costs, cash, and scheduling.
• Develop promotions and support training to grow the team and revenue.
