Job summary

DoubleTree Tallahassee seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee operations and drive guest satisfaction. This role focuses on maximizing sales and engaging the team to deliver a superior dining experience.

You will train staff, manage cash, supervise sanitation, and handle guest concerns while maintaining high standards of service. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage required.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train workers in food prep and service, sanitation, and safety.
• Balance cash receipts at end of day/shift.
• Perform cash handling and deposit preparation.
• Supervise kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
• Control inventories of food, equipment, and liquor; report shortages.
• Schedule parties and take reservations.
• Greet and seat guests; present menus and wine lists.
