Job summary

AC Element Brickell in Florida, a Marriott-branded hotel, seeks an experienced PM Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the evening restaurant, bar, banquet, and culinary operations.

You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold brand standards, coach an F&B team, and optimize costs while delivering seamless service during all evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B supervisory or leadership experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service, bar operations, banquets, inventory controls, food safety, and cost management.
• Ability to lead evening operations independently and make sound decisions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Certifications in Food Safety and Responsible Alcohol Service preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Lead all evening F&B operations including restaurant, lounge, bar, pool service, banquets, kitchen coordination, and stewarding.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and compliance with Marriott brand standards.
• Coach, train, and motivate F&B team members.
• Coordinate banquet and special event execution for seamless service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, receiving, and product controls.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Control labor and operating costs while supporting revenue growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Hotel Leadership.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and implement service recovery when needed.
