Job summary

AC Element Brickell in Florida seeks an experienced PM Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our evening restaurant, lounge, bar, pool service, and banquet operations, delivering guest experiences that meet Marriott brand standards.

You will supervise, coach, and motivate the F&B team, ensure safety and quality, control costs, and collaborate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and Engineering to execute events and maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage supervisory or leadership experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service, bar operations, banquets, inventory controls, food safety, and cost management.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead evening operations independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead all evening F&B operations, including restaurant, lounge, bar, pool service, banquets, kitchen coordination, and stewarding.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and compliance with Marriott brand standards.
• Supervise, coach, train, and motivate F&B team members.
• Coordinate banquet and special event execution to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, receiving, and product controls.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Control labor and operating costs while supporting revenue growth initiatives.
• Partner closely with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Hotel Leadership teams.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and implement service recovery when needed.
