AC & Element Miami Downtown is hiring a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in/out, and coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless stay.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and a professional appearance, with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays. Prior hospitality or front desk experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Marriott Lightspeed experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous hospitality, hotel, or customer service experience preferred

Responsabilidades
