Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a PM Cook to deliver lunch and dinner in a scratch-based kitchen. You’ll prepare a variety of entrées and sides, ensure plates are high quality and attractively presented, and tailor portions to resident preferences.

You’ll build positive relationships with residents, guests and teammates to foster a warm dining environment and contribute to a exceptional dining experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high‑quality dishes by cooking a wide variety of proteins and vegetables.
• Engage in continuous improvement by contributing ideas during meetings and staying open to feedback.
• Complete all opening and closing tasks for each shift and support teammates.
• Keep stations stocked and organized, monitor freshness and temperatures.
• Maintain a sanitary kitchen environment with regular cleaning and temperature checks.
