Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Weekend Cook to join our scratch‑based kitchen in Lincoln, NE. You will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring meals are safely cooked, visually appealing, and portioned to resident preferences.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to secure food handler permits within two weeks of first day.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high quality dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Maintain clean, organized kitchen stations and proper food safety practices.
• Support opening/closing tasks and assist teammates during service hours.
• Stock and organize pantry items; monitor refrigeration and temperatures.
• Engage with residents, guests and team to create a welcoming weekend atmosphere.
