Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a part-time Concierge at InterContinental Seattle Bellevue. You will welcome guests in the PM shift, assist with planning stays and local experiences, and deliver exceptional service to ensure memorable visits.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly, engaging personality, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a busy luxury hotel environment while building relationships with local partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with planning their stay and local area.
• Provide exceptional customer service and wow guests.
• Develop relationships with local restaurants, shops and attractions.
• Resolve guest issues and recover when things aren’t right.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Communicate information to manager on duty.
• Support other departments as needed.
