Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Concierge for InterContinental Seattle Bellevue, a premier luxury hotel in downtown Bellevue. This part‑time PM shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and serving as the top source of local knowledge for guests.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage guests sincerely.
• Establish relationships with local area restaurants, shops, and attractions.
• Resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t right.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and share information with the manager on duty.
• Assist other departments as needed.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Concierge. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable impression for our guests through assisting with the planning of their stay. The Concierjene is the top source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. If you enjoy engaging with people from all over the world and making meaningful connections, as well as taking steps to “WOW” people, we want you! This is a tremendous opportunity for a driven person to grow a career in hospitality with a world‑class property. This is a part‑time Concierge position for the PM shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Your Role:

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Establishing relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions
• Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
• Promote and sell special hotel programs
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty
• Assist other departments as needed
